As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen our data and analytics team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of data solutions that support critical business processes and decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data integration and ETL processes.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code.
Design and implement multidimensional data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data processing workflows and database performance.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data platform evolution projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous delivery practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle 12c or later versions.
Experience developing ETL processes (ODI experience is preferred but not mandatory).
Strong SQL expertise, including CRUD operations, data modeling, transaction management, and performance tuning.
Solid experience with PL/SQL development.
Strong understanding of multidimensional data modeling concepts.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Understanding of Continuous Delivery practices and methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Exposure to modern data platforms and analytics environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
