Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to achieve performance excellence while supporting talent development, recruitment, and succession planning
- Analyze technical performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends, positioning the organization for competitive advantage and supporting innovation implementation
- Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment across all departmental initiatives
- Oversee technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party engineering solutions, and negotiate partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities
- Champion organizational change management initiatives and lead the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and digital transformation efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related technical field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering measurable business results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Track record of successful organizational change management and innovation implementation
