Houseperson Casual Role

Job Description

• Ensure all housekeeping pantries are fully stocked with guest amenities
• Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
• Report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
• Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed
• Cleaning of public area spaces

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Available to work up to 30 hours per week on a rotating roster including weekends
• Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail, taking pride in the presentation of the hotel
• Able to work in a physically demanding role which includes lifting and carrying, moving trolleys and using stairs
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred, and hotel experience is an advantage
• As this is a Casual position, you must have current working rights in Australia.  We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
