Job Description
Consistently provide exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and clients who call or email.
Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms accurately.
Book individual and group reservations, enter rooming lists, and update information in the system.
Recommend property facilities, assist with guest information, and address special requests.
Maximize revenue through up-selling and promoting hotel products and services.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, updates, and administrative documentation.
Communicate with the Sales team regarding group bookings and special requests.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good command of English; additional languages and reservation system knowledge are a plus
