About the role
We are lookign for expand our footprint across key European markets. Based in CEE and operating in time zones that give you natural access to clients in the UK & Ireland, Benelux, Nordics, and DACH, you will be responsible for bringing new revenue to the company by working with multiple sales channels.
Your focus will be selling our high-demand service lines: AI-enabled and Agentic software development, Fintech engineering services, and AI product development, as well as more generic Software Development Services across all markets we target as a company. Your primary goal will be the initiation and development of long-term, trust-based relationships with clients — making sure they understand the value we can bring to their business, uncovering opportunities, shaping proposals, and winning deals.
As a qualified expert You will
- Sales Planning and Execution. Analyze target markets, identify high-potential segments, and set them as targets to develop. Lead the development of sales packaging, value messaging, and sales collateral tailored to specific needs of target buyers. Plan and supervise lead generation campaigns executed by the DemandGen team.
- Pipeline Generation and Development. Use a variety of channels — direct outreach, ecosystem partners, events, and referrals — to generate leads in the quality and quantity needed for predictable revenue. Qualify leads, drive prospecting, and move opportunities through pipeline stages toward closure, both personally and with the DemandGen team.
- Opportunity Qualification and Processing. Develop deep insight into the needs of prospective clients in fintech, AI-native, and enterprise technology segments. Partner with Presales and Delivery teams on discovery, problem framing, and solution shaping — particularly around AI engineering, agentic systems, LLM-based products, and regulated fintech platforms. Ensure high-quality commercial proposals with viable and profitable commercials. Lead deal closure and contract signing.
- Customer Relationship Management. Build and nurture close relationships with prospective and existing clients in target European regions. Serve as an alternative point of contact for customer satisfaction and escalations. Develop new connections within client organizations, generate references and recommendations, and maintain personal relationships with stakeholders even after they leave client companies.
- Ecosystem & Partner Engagement. Work with technology ecosystem partners (cloud platforms, AI model providers, fintech infrastructure vendors, data platforms) to co-develop opportunities, leverage joint go-to-market motions, and access partner-sourced pipeline.
- Collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs). Work closely with our AI, Fintech, and future CoEs to feed market signals, client feedback, and competitive insights back into the business. Help shape and continuously improve service offerings, value propositions, and reference assets so they stay aligned with real demand in target European markets.
- Sales Reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems. Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities during regular reviews and on demand.
We’re looking for you if you have
- At least 5 years of experience in international IT Services / Outsourcing sales, with a focus on UK & Ireland, Benelux, Nordics, and/or DACH.
- Based in a CEE country with comfortable working-hours overlap with target European markets.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) — mandatory. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, or a Nordic language) are a strong plus.
- Demonstrable understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle, and European market dynamics.
- Proven track record of B2B software services sales to mid-market and enterprise technology buyers in Europe.
- Hands-on experience selling AI / ML / Agentic / Generative AI engineering services or AI product development is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling into Fintech, Banking & Financial Services (payments, lending, wealth, capital markets, or financial infrastructure) is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience working with ecosystem technology partners (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, fintech infrastructure providers) for co-selling and partner-sourced pipeline is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage executive-level prospects and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- An existing network of potential buyers matching our target criteria is a significant plus.
- Strong command of modern B2B sales techniques — from lead generation through negotiation to post-sales account development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with risk, and the ability to operate in conditions of high uncertainty.
- Technical background and good understanding of the software product development process and lifecycle will be a big plus.
- Account Management experience in the services industry will be an advantage.
