And now we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us as part of our team.

About the role

We represent an iconic cultural and tourism landmark recognized worldwide. As a premier destination in Seattle, it operates in the highly competitive hospitality and tourism industry. The organization manages various aspects of visitor experiences, including event hosting, retail operations, and interactive exhibits.

You will join the team working on a complex system that is used by the company to sell tickets for the observation deck and the exhibition center they run. It consists of a web administration application, a media platform, kiosks, and software for physical devices. The administration application of the solution allows for managing products (or tours of the company’s locations), modifying these products, configuring promotional campaigns and different sales channels, and handling refunds for sold orders.

As a qualified expert You will

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients/stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and specifications for the development team
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams and business process models
  • Validate delivered features against requirements (acceptance criteria, UAT support)
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation

We’re looking for you if you have

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT outsourcing/software development environment
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams and international clients
  • Good to have: proven experience working on at least 2–3 full project lifecycles (from discovery to delivery)

Skills & Knowledge

  • Requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis)
  • Ability to write BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases
  • Business process modeling (BPMN) and basic UML
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, APIs, integrations, and system architecture (conceptual level)

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
