Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our customer-focused, supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on excellent customer service. The Customer Care Center shift is 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (EST).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls, emails, and online scheduling requests.
- Communicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changes
- Communicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changes
- Enters and updates work orders within an online scheduling system
- Updates customer notes in CRM system
- Conducts confirmation calls
Qualifications
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Experience working in a high volume call center environment
- Scheduling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional phone demeanor
- Works well under pressure during high volume calls
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to urgent priorities
- Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Thrives in a team culture environment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous CRM experience helpful
