Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all Information Technology operations across a 5-star beachfront family resort, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support both guest experience and hotel operations.
  • Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, business applications, POS, guest internet services, telecommunications, and end-user support, while ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
  • Drive technology initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, preventive maintenance programs, and system enhancements to support operational excellence, business continuity, and digital transformation.
  • Partner closely with department heads, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective technology solutions, project implementations, and continuous improvements across the resort.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within hospitality, resort, or hotel environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, cybersecurity, system administration, cloud-based solutions, backup and disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
  • Experience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, guest internet management, CCTV, door lock systems, IPTV, and other hotel operational technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide effective support in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
