Job Description
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
- Familiar with ERP system (e.g, SAP, Navision, etc…)
- Have a knowledge of Import/Export process and procedures.
- Experience in using Trade Net 2.0 is a plus
- Follow up with internal departments for procurement needs and approvals.
- Support import/export documentation if required.
- Monitor and update supplier/vendor database.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to procurement.
- Provide support to the procurement manager and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have procurement knowledge and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with ERP system (e.g, SAP, Navision, etc..)
- Experience in using Microsoft word, excel, ppt
- Experience in using Trade Net 2.0
- Understand import/export process and procedures
Additional Information
Working days - Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 5:30pm)
Location- East Dagon ( Frerry provided )
