Job Summary:

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist – Tally to help customers successfully onboard and adopt our platform. This is an individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of customer success, implementation, and accounting operations.

The primary focus of this role is to:

1. Seamlessly integrate customers' Tally environments with our platform
2. Drive strong product adoption and consistent daily usage among finance and accounting teams

You will work closely with finance teams, accountants, business owners, and internal product and customer success teams to ensure customers realize value from the platform quickly and effectively.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Tally ERP and accounting workflows.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, financial statements, and accounting processes.
• 2–5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, onboarding, accounting operations, or finance-related roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience implementing accounting or fintech software products.
• Prior experience working with SMB finance teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems and business software integrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and customer onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end onboarding and integration of customer Tally environments with the platform.
• Ensure smooth implementation, configuration, and successful go-live for customers.
• Drive product adoption by training and enabling finance and accounting teams on platform usage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation, product, and accounting-related queries.
• Understand customer accounting workflows and recommend best practices to maximize value realization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
