About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Designer to lead the complete redesign and reimagination of our AI-powered accounting platform. This is not a feature redesign role—it is a whole-product transformation opportunity. 

You will rethink every user interaction, workflow, and experience touchpoint to create a product that feels intuitive, intelligent, and habit-forming. The goal is to dramatically improve retention, engagement, and daily product adoption by designing experiences that leverage the full potential of AI. 

As a key partner to Product, Engineering, and Leadership, you will shape the future of how businesses interact with AI for accounting and finance operations

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership.  

• Experience designing AI-first products, conversational experiences, or intelligent workflow applications.  

• Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX for complex products.  

• Experience designing mobile-first experiences and consumer-grade user journeys.  

• Hands-on experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern design tools (Figma, ProtoPie, Framer, etc.).  

• At least 2 years each of B2B SaaS and B2C product design experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reimagine the end-to-end user experience across web, mobile, and conversational interfaces.  

• Design AI-first workflows that simplify complex accounting and finance tasks.  

• Create intuitive experiences for non-deterministic AI interactions, agent-based workflows, and conversational interfaces.  

• Define interaction patterns, design systems, and UX principles for AI-powered products.  

• Design mobile-first and WhatsApp-native experiences that drive daily engagement and habit formation.  

• Use motion design, micro-interactions, and behavioral design principles to improve usability and retention.  

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Leadership teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.  

• Conduct user research and continuously iterate based on customer insights and product analytics.

What Success Looks Like:

• Users complete tasks significantly faster and with less friction.  

• Product retention and daily active usage improve meaningfully.  

• AI interactions feel natural, trustworthy, and intuitive.  

• The product establishes a category-defining user experience for AI-powered accounting.  

• Design becomes a strategic differentiator for the business, not just a functional layer.
