Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist (Contract) who is an Arabic speaker to join our team at Visioneers. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate event marketing and communication efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure all events comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required.
