Job PurposeTo lead and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies in Riyadh that drive online sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand the digital customer base across Saudi Arabia, while effectively managing the monthly marketing budget and achieving ambitious revenue and conversion targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to achieve 25% YoY online revenue growth
- Optimize ecommerce conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO initiatives to hit 15% improvement target
- Manage and allocate the 18,000 SAR monthly marketing budget across digital channels effectively
- Plan and launch 4+ ecommerce campaigns per quarter across multiple platforms
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Zid, Salla)
- Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search performance
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and GA4 to drive data-informed decisions
- Manage social media channels and execute email marketing campaigns
- Lead and mentor the ecommerce marketing team to achieve departmental goals
- Expand the digital customer base across KSA through targeted acquisition strategies
