Job Description
Objective
The key objective of this role is to manage financial records, ensure compliance with Lebanese tax and labor laws, and handle daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Essential skills include proficiency in Arabic and English, knowledge of local accounting software (like EasySoft or QuickBooks), and a solid understanding of VAT and withholding tax regulations in Lebanon.

Key results
Manage financial records and ensure compliance with Lebanese tax and labor laws
Handle daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
Knowledge of local accounting software such as Xero Odoo is a plus
Solid understanding of VAT and withholding tax regulations in Lebanon
Qualifications
Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in modern accounting software (e.g. ERP systems, cloud-based platforms)
Strong command of tax computation, filing, and compliance
Experienced in payroll processing and related statutory obligations
Skilled in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable management, and reconciliations
Capable of preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
