Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics Department team as a Logistics Advanced Apprentice!

One key focus for this role is to ensure that all transport planning tasks are completed to support the on-time delivery of products to customers, both domestically and internationally. This is a dynamic role, ideal for an individual who thrives on achieving top level customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Completing transport planning tasks to ensure on-time, in full, deliveries to customers.

2. Ensure all foreign trade activities are completed, and we adhere to compliance requirements

3. Support continuous improvement projects within the team with the view to improve processes, reduce costs and drive sustainability. This with a focus on digitalisation and automation.

As part of your apprenticeship you will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement activities within other operational areas in Logistics.

Qualifications

Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

Additional Information

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
