In this position, you'll be the critical link between Bosch and our suppliers, orchestrating quality initiatives that directly impact production success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process quality claims with precision and accuracy, ensuring comprehensive documentation and full traceability throughout the resolution process
- Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality claims promptly and implement preventive measures that eliminate recurrence
- Manage affected materials through strategic blocking, sorting, and disposition activities in strict accordance with Bosch quality standards
- Recover claims costs from suppliers in cases of supplier failure or non-conformance, protecting company interests
- Coordinate concessions for affected material usage, securing appropriate approvals and maintaining meticulous documentation
- Champion the homologation of new components and modifications, overseeing counter-measures, line trials, and comprehensive PPAP reviews
- Supervise homologation activities for modifications, engineering changes, and production line tooling enhancements at supplier facilities
- Conduct thorough supplier quality audits and assessments to verify compliance with Bosch standards and technical specifications
- Track, document, and analyse quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and unlock improvement opportunities
- Develop and present compelling quality reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating issues, resolutions, and performance insights
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes of quality issues and fortify defences against future non-conformances
- Build strong supplier relationships by providing technical guidance and collaborative support for sustained quality improvement
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all applicable quality standards, regulations, and Bosch procedures across all activities
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the evolution of quality processes and procedures

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management or quality engineering
- Proven expertise in quality claims processing and resolution
- Strong knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and homologation procedures
- Experience conducting supplier quality audits and assessments
- Demonstrated proficiency in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation
- Solid understanding of automotive quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements
- Proficiency in quality metrics analysis and KPI tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Strong documentation and traceability management capabilities
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in German language
- Background in automotive component manufacturing or supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with supplier relationship management and technical mentoring
- Knowledge of production line tooling and engineering change processes
