We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team. In this high-impact, global role based in Tel Aviv, you will act as the bridge between finance and the company’s core business units.
You will work directly with senior stakeholders to shape financial plans, provide actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you’ll help navigate trade-offs, align resource allocation with company-wide strategic goals, and ensure we scale efficiently and with confidence.
About The Role:
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a lead finance partner to senior leadership across various domains, providing visibility, clarity, and guidance on budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Own end-to-end forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly/quarterly reporting processes for your respective business units.
SaaS Metrics & Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and SaaS metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Decision Support Modeling: Build robust financial models and frameworks to support "what-if" scenarios, investment cases for new initiatives, and long-term strategic impact assessments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Strategy, BizOps, and RevOps to ensure financial plans are perfectly aligned with operational execution and company OKRs.
Scaling Infrastructure: Contribute to the evolution of our financial planning infrastructure, helping to implement and scale systems, reporting tools, and automated processes as the company grows.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnership roles, specifically within the high-tech/SaaS industry.
SaaS Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and growth levers.
Analytical Excellence: Expert-level financial modeling and data analysis skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills—you are confident presenting to senior executives and possess the "soft skills" required to align diverse stakeholders.
Business Acumen: A deep interest in the "why" behind the numbers; you understand how operational decisions impact the bottom line.
Global Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with cross-border teams.
Proactive Approach: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership of projects, and proactively identifies areas for improvement.
