About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and business transformation.
You’ll work on some of the company’s highest-impact AI initiatives, designing and building intelligent systems that reshape how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations operate at scale.
You’ll be expected to navigate ambiguity, challenge existing assumptions, rapidly experiment with new technologies, and turn ideas into production-ready solutions with measurable business impact.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-changing environments, and wants to help define what an AI-native revenue organization looks like.
What You’ll Do:
Design and build AI-powered products, agents, and workflows that drive measurable business outcomes across the GTM organization.
Own initiatives from idea to production, including discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly translate them into practical business applications.
Develop scalable systems leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that create real impact.
Drive experimentation and innovation by testing bold ideas, learning quickly, and iterating based on results.
Help establish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for building AI solutions at scale.
Contribute both strategically and hands-on, balancing long-term thinking with a strong bias toward execution.
Requirements:
We’re looking for a builder with strong engineering fundamentals, exceptional curiosity, and a passion for solving complex business problems with AI.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with practical business judgment, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and takes ownership well beyond their immediate responsibilities.
Qualifications:
4+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar modern programming languages.
Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and AI technologies.
Experience working with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, etc.).
Ability to design scalable solutions and make sound architectural tradeoffs.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering solutions that create measurable business impact.
How We Work
Success in this role requires:
High ownership and accountability.
Comfort operating in rapidly changing environments.
Low ego and strong collaboration skills.
Willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
Bias toward action and experimentation.
Comfort taking calculated risks and learning from failure.
Relentless focus on impact over activity.
Continuous curiosity and learning.
Nice to Have:
Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
Experience with GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales, or Marketing workflows.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other business systems.
Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
Experience building and operating production AI systems.
Portfolio of AI projects, open-source contributions, or side projects demonstrating exceptional technical creativity.
