We’re looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our Total Rewards team and help design, implement, and scale compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
About The Role:
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support compensation processes across multiple orgs
Lead and support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) end-to-end
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation structures and employee positioning
Support job architecture, leveling, and benchmarking efforts
Ensure our rewards programs remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with company strategy
Play a key role in building and improving processes, tools, and infrastructure
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation / HR analytics
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with compensation cycles and salary benchmarking tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excel / data proficiency (experience with HR systems is a plus)
Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
