Job Description
Activity description and concrete tasks:
- You will support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services.
- Additionally you will support in development, quality assurance and planning as well as implementation of product releases.
- You will design further automations of services, processes and/or operating models, you will carry out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analysis and fixes.
- You will support the automation of deployments in all environments.
- You will provide a project-specific infrastructure and tool suite for integration and delivery, and administer these.
- You manage projects.
Qualifications
Skill requirements:
- Linux Administration: Secure operation, analysis of logs and system states
- Networking Knowledge: IP, routing, firewall, basic understanding of DMZ/proxy
- Virtualization: VMware operations & basic analysis
- Chef (Automation): Applying, customizing, and deploying cookbooks
- Application Deployment: rollouts and deployments
- Monitoring / Alerting: Proactive monitoring, alert evaluation
- Troubleshooting: Cross-system root cause analysis
- Change Management: Performing ITIL- and Telekom-compliant changes
- Incident Management: Rapid analysis and resolution of incidents
- IVR: Support in analyzing application errors
