Job Description
- Managing goods return process for suppliers;
- Negotiating and agreeing on the logistics of returns, including pickup schedules and transportation methods with suppliers;
- Providing clear instructions to the warehouse team regarding the packing, shipping, or disposal of non-conforming goods;
- Managing technical warranty claims and tracking deposits related to returnable packaging or specialized items;
- Preparing regular reports on return volumes, supplier error rates, and financial recoveries;
- Creating detailed return protocols, maintaining accurate electronic evidence of all transactions, and ensuring the timely closure of return orders;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
- 2+ years of experience in returns management, reverse logistics, supply chain operations, or vendor management;
- Business fluency in English & Polish, fluency in German or Russian is a plus;
- Understanding of vendor agreements, return policies, credit recovery, and compliance requirements;
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and translate data into actionable improvements;
- Strong vendor-facing skills, including issue resolution, negotiation, and relationship management;
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills; ability to build reports, track trends;
- Proactivity and a focus on development to implement new solutions that streamline the flow of goods and information;
