Job Description
As AUTODOC continues its rapid expansion across 27 countries, the complexity of our international workforce demands a more sophisticated and unified approach to how we recognise and reward our talent. We are transitioning from a fast-growing scale-up to a mature global tech ecosystem, which requires the harmonisation of our employee offering. To ensure we remain competitive in a fast-paced ecommerce market while maintaining internal equity across our diverse hubs, we are investing in dedicated Partners to our rewards process.
As such, we are looking for a front-facing Total Rewards Partner to serve as the primary point of contact for reward queries across the business. You will translate compensation and benefits data into clear, actionable guidance for HRBPs, hiring managers and employees — keeping AUTODOC's reward programmes running accurately, compliantly and competitively across all operating markets.
Responsibilities
- Reward Cycle Support: Prepare data packs, scenario modelling and multiplier analysis for ASR, STI and LTI cycles. Ensure inputs are accurate and timely for the Compensation Committee.
- Job Architecture: Maintain grade definitions, role family documentation and cross-functional levelling consistency. Support compensation benchmarking by gathering and organising market data.
- Benefits Operations: Tracking utilisation, uptake and eligibility across all markets.
- Vendor Management: Own operational relationships with benchmarking data suppliers. Ensure data is current, accurate and fit for purpose.
- Business-Facing Advisory: Act as first point of contact for HRBPs and hiring managers on reward queries — job offers, salary adjustments and compensation communications.
- Market Intelligence: Track AUTODOC's reward competitiveness across all geographies and talent pools. Run internal employee surveys on reward preferences and feed findings into benefits design.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compensation legislation across all operating countries. Support ROI and EVP tracking using established measurement frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Background in a reward, compensation & benefits, or HR operations role.
- Language: Fluent English required; Russian is a strong plus.
- Technical: Proficient in Excel; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) advantageous.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of compensation principles, job levelling, benchmarking and benefits administration across multiple markets.
- Location: Work from our offices in Szczecin.
