Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement – Trades Settlement – Securities Lending Team:

Responsabilities

Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
Processing of trades (all asset classes), global markets (RVP and DVP)
Migrations
Processing of physical shares
Processing/monitoring of Securities Lending activity
Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities and/or cash
Front-office support
Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools

CFC in banking environment as a minimum
Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank's Settlement Department.
Fluent in French and in English; German would be a plus
You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing technical tools, optimizing processes, and driving internal projects forward.
You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
As a team player and with excellent communication skills, you want to join a dynamic team
