Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Architect to drive strategic hiring for leadership and niche technology roles across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, and Consulting. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting and focuses on talent intelligence, stakeholder management, market mapping, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Role Scoping & Calibration: Partner with stakeholders to validate, challenge, and shape requirements based on business needs, talent supply, and market realities.
- Candidate Blueprinting: Define ideal candidate personas, capability frameworks, and sourcing parameters across AI, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Consulting functions.
- Assessment Architecture: Design standardized, objective interview guides, competency matrices, and scorecards to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Job Architecture: Translate complex technical stacks and abstract business needs into compelling, high-impact job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Own end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership positions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for niche technology and consulting roles.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to identify top talent.
Desired Skills
- Strong expertise in hiring for Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, or Consulting roles.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive hiring.
- Deep understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Background
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to technology consulting or product organizations.
- Experience hiring for companies in Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Engineering domains.
- Prior experience in a strategic TA, Talent Partner, or Talent Architect role is preferred.
