Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruitment Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end hiring initiatives across multiple functions and geographies. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, recruiters, and stakeholders to drive hiring plans, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure timely fulfillment of talent requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage recruitment projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate them into hiring plans.
- Coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, and external partners to drive recruitment execution.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and project progress; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Drive recruitment governance, reporting, and adherence to SLAs.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Handle escalations and proactively mitigate risks impacting hiring delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Recruitment Program/Project Management.
- Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent hiring programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global teams and offshore/onshore recruitment models.
- Exposure to RPO or consulting environments.
- PMP, Agile, or project management certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment reporting tools.
