About the job
As Commercial Activity Leader, you will play a key role in bringing our Commercial Plan to life. You will lead and coordinate activities and events across IKEA Älmhult AB, ensuring strong execution, clear priorities and a great guest experience.
You will:
- Lead and deliver activities in the Commercial Calendar
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
- Balance activities that strengthen both brand positioning and commercial impact
- Secure smooth execution, follow‑up and continuous improvement
- Identify synergies and reuse concepts to create smart, cost‑conscious solutions
- Contribute to developing IKEA Älmhult as a vibrant destination
Qualifications
About you
You are a doer who enjoys making things happen together with others. You combine structure with flexibility and are motivated by creating meaningful guest experiences.
You bring:
- Experience in leading projects, activities or events in a commercial or hospitality context
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to prioritise, simplify and keep momentum
- Curiosity about guest behaviour and what drives engagement
You thrive in a fast‑moving environment, enjoy working across functions, and live and share IKEA values.
