Job Description
To manage and develop all available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch to ensure a sustainable and profitable branch income statement and balance sheet as well as entrenching a strong client-focused culture.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce or equivalent
Experience Required
5-7 years
Experience in bank processes, products and systems. Experience in dealing with different stakeholders at different levels both internal and external. Experience in branch management (including sales, service and income statement management).
