Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Greek and English

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a qualified Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Greek and English to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, investigating safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to detect and address potential violations of safety policies.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety policies and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive reports and insights on safety trends and incidents to support management decisions.
• Stay informed about current digital safety challenges and best practices to continually enhance safety measures.
• Engage with users to promote awareness and education around digital trust and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust, safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and safety concerns effectively.
• Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential online risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
