As a Digital Trust and Safety Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for our users by monitoring and addressing safety concerns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to identify potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines.
• Investigate reported incidents thoroughly, applying analytical skills to assess risk and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety issues and trends to inform decision-making.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging risks and best practices in digital trust and safety to proactively mitigate threats.
• Engage with users to promote understanding and adherence to safety measures.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and user engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and safety tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation support.
