Position Summary
The Associate Digital Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of digital-first visual assets, including CGI renders, generative AI content, and derivative creative executions. This role oversees a small team of digital creatives to deliver high-quality, scalable content that supports global brand and eCommerce initiatives.
Reporting to the Creative Producer, the Digital Producer partners closely with Creative, Photo/Video Production, and Marketing teams to ensure assets are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with brand standards. This role focuses on execution, workflow management, and team coordination, while supporting the evolution of digital production capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own digital production projects end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for Creative, Production, and key stakeholders
- Plan work from creative briefs, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and aligning priorities to business and eCommerce needs
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day workflow for a project group of 4–6 digital creatives (CGI artists, designers, AI artists)
- Oversee creation of digital-first assets (CGI renders, generative AI imagery, and derivative executions from photo/video)
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and drive on-time delivery across concurrent projects
- Coordinate reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback efficiently while maintaining brand standards and quality
- Ensure proper organization, version control, and final delivery of assets; support continuous improvement of workflows and tools
- Partner with Photo/Video Production to ensure continuity across asset types; manage external vendors/freelancers as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital production, content creation, or creative operations
- Experienced in managing digital asset workflows, including CGI, 3D rendering, or AI-assisted content creation
- Experienced in coordinating or leading small teams or project groups
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
- Familiarity with eCommerce and digital content requirements
Skills and others
- Use strong project management and organization to handle multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
- Work across Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) to support production and reviews
- Understand CGI/rendering pipelines (e.g., Vizcom, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) to plan and troubleshoot work
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) responsibly to scale and iterate output
- Apply working knowledge of asset management, file versioning, and Microsoft Office to support delivery
- Maintain high quality standards; adapt to evolving tools and workflows by documenting and sharing best practices
