If you thrive in fast-paced environments where success is measured by outcomes, and you're confident coaching others, using data, and holding teams accountable - this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across a national network.
This is a full‑time opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement, based across our Sydney CBD office, on-site at our branches, and working from home.
Your Role

- Boost revenue by ensuring that sales efforts effectively contribute to organisational growth.
- Improve efficiency by streamlining the sales process, reducing wasteful efforts, and enhancing productivity.
- Evaluate sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Inform strategies that boost performance and revenue.
- Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, offering actionable insights for decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge in the car rental industry.
Your Skills
- Experience improving sales performance in a competitive KPI-driven environment (e.g. car rental, automotive, or similar)
- Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical actions
- Confident in coaching and influencing teams to drive performance outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience using tools such as Excel for performance tracking (AI or automation exposure is advantageous)
- A structured, outcome-focused approach to problem solving
