- Please note, staff accommodation is not available, making this an ideal role for local candidates.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will work with the team, to help create sparkling first impressions and unforgettable stays for our guests. In this full-time role you will provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is of a consistent standard. A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, as are a resilient and can-do attitude.
On a daily basis you will:
- Keep our cabins, villas, and facilities looking their best with general cleaning and spot checks.
- Change linen, make beds, and ensure every bathroom and mirror gleams.
- Tidy up indoor and outdoor spaces with vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
- Amenity block and Camp Kitchen cleans.
- Dispose of rubbish and keep everything neat and fresh.
- Complete checklists, mid-stay cleans and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Chat with guests and help out with ad-hoc requests. No job too small, no smile too big!
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is a must!
- Understanding of basic hygiene and safe work practices.
- Good time management and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a fun, energetic team.
- Physically fit, hands-on, and ready for a role that keeps you moving.
- Friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
