We're placing 3 Staffing Sales Executives for a fast-growing national staffing firm changing how companies access talent. Fully remote. High earning potential. This is NOT an account management role.
๐ฐ $71,000โ$100,000 base + uncapped commission | Fully Remote | 3 Openings
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
- Run the full sales cycle โ outreach to close to onboarding
- Expand a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model to new clients
- Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers
- Attend 2โ3 industry events per year
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
- Proven hunter โ new business, not account maintenance
- Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
- Enterprise and mid-market client experience
- CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred) | Bachelor's degree | Must reside in US
