What you will own
- Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display, and other relevant channels
- Build full-funnel strategies covering awareness, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion objectives
- Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, efficiency, and scaling opportunities
- Monitor performance closely and optimize campaigns based on data, business priorities, and commercial impact
- Build smart audience strategies using segmentation, targeting logic, and platform insights
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results continuously
- Track and interpret key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to produce clear recommendations
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure campaign execution is aligned across functions
- Support both e-commerce and B2B growth initiatives through performance-driven campaign management
- Stay current on platform changes, audience behavior, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

- 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience managing campaigns for both e-commerce and B2B businesses
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Clear understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Strong analytical ability and confidence making data-driven decisions
- Experience handling large budgets, multiple campaigns, and multi-market execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and execution discipline
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment without losing pace or quality
