Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 7.5+ years
• Strong experience in Product Management, Product Planning, and Roadmapping
• Expertise in Agile project scoping, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong domain knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Planning and Execution
• Experience defining product strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, and delivering complex products
• Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for supply chain planning products
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver customer and business value
• Define product success metrics, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features
• Lead product discovery, MVP development, and validation of new capabilities
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams
• Drive continuous improvements in product performance, adoption, reliability, and scalability
• Balance business priorities, technical debt, and platform enhancements to maximize product value
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions that support omnichannel retail and supply chain operations
• Champion a customer-first approach and continuous product innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
