Job Description
- Promote strong client service culture by upholding group values, ensuring operational efficiency, and representing the brand to a high standard
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and senior management to support delivery of high-quality client outcomes
- Oversee fund administration activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks such as corporate actions, payments, and financial documentation
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff, assisting with daily administration tasks and resolving complex technical queries
- Communicate proactively with management, offering clear feedback on client matters and team performance to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification or progression towards one is desirable (e.g. CGI)
- Strong knowledge of the Guernsey finance industry and prior fund administration experience.
- Proven commitment to delivering high‑quality client service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid IT proficiency combined with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior administration or accounting team members.
