We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to become a trusted partner to our CEO (Central & Eastern Europe) and Country Manager Poland.
This is more than an administrative role — it’s a unique opportunity to work side by side with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic topics, and play a key role in ensuring our organization runs smoothly across multiple countries.
What you’ll be doing
You will be at the center of everything that matters:
- Own the CEO’s agenda – manage a complex calendar, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure perfect execution
- Be the communication hub – connect senior stakeholders across the CER region and beyond
- Drive organization & structure – prepare meetings, presentations, and key business documentation
- Make things happen globally – coordinate international meetings, leadership events, and executive travel
- Keep governance on track – support board and corporate processes in Poland (meetings, resolutions, documentation)
- Stay one step ahead – anticipate needs, solve problems, and handle priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Ensure excellence behind the scenes – manage administrative processes, data tracking, and reporting
Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant ideally within the financial services sector
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with senior leaders
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
- Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), knowledge of French would be an advantage
- Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
