English Co Teacher - KG Stage AY 25-26

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Co-Teacher for the KG Stage for the academic year 2025-2026. This role is based at Madinaty Integrated Language School, New Cairo, and involves working closely with the lead KG teacher to deliver a warm, supportive, and engaging English learning environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and language development.
• Assist in observing and assessing student progress, adapting activities to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate in developing instructional materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Promote positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic child development.
• Participate in school events, ongoing professional development, and team meetings to contribute to the school community.
• Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards in the classroom.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field.
• Experience working with kindergarten-aged children is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for fostering early language acquisition and development.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varied needs of young learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration within the school environment.
