THIS ROLE
This role is a review-focused position responsible for validating extracted and collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise to oversee data extraction processes, support the preparation and review of outputs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client reporting. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and providing guidance to preparers while maintaining strong compliance with established procedures, SLAs, and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate extracted/collected data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with prescribed guidelines and quality standards
- Support and monitor end-to-end data extraction processes (ETL: extract, transform, load), ensuring timely delivery of client reports and adherence to SLAs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and assist in resolving queries, technical issues, and data discrepancies while providing guidance to preparers
- Drive process improvements by identifying efficiencies, enhancing extraction methodologies, and strengthening controls, procedures, and documentation
- Assist in team operations, including workload coordination, client onboarding support, reporting reviews, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, with exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ETL processes (SQL or Snowflake), and Macro/VBA
- Strong knowledge of data extraction tools, including web forms and unstructured data extraction techniques, as well as MS SQL/Data Warehousing concepts (joins, unions, group by)
- Proficiency in data storytelling and visualization best practices, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining quality standards
