As the Manager, Campaign & In Store Marketing, you are passionate about retail and curious to find new ways to improve performance and storytelling. The role is collaborative and able to support projects with cross functional teams of peers, external partners and vendors. With proven experience in vertical retail marketing, you will be able to support store performance and act in the moment as well as develop longer term solutions to drive the business. 

 

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work (or remote Canada with travels to North Vancouver, BC). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Retail Brand Marketing team oversees the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans for Arc’teryx stores.  We are motivated by results and inspired by creating elevated and innovative retail experiences.   We are a growing function of the business and we rely on strong cross functional partnerships across the business to help bring our strategies to life.
### If you were the Manager, Campaign & In Store Marketing now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
  • Partnering with the Director of Retail Brand Marketing in leading the development and execution of seasonal and campaign-driven in-store marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand moments, product storytelling, and commercial objectives
  • Translating brand campaigns into elevated in-store experiences, delivering cohesive storytelling through visual merchandising, signage, and store environments that bring seasonal narratives to life
  • Owning and evolving the retail marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key business moments across region
  • Partnering cross functionally with Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations to ensure campaign alignment across product, storytelling, and store execution
  • Developing and deploying scalable campaign toolkits for stores, including creative assets, guidelines, and execution standards that enable consistent global implementation with room for local nuance
  • Driving excellence in campaign execution, overseeing briefing, production, and rollout of in-store marketing initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact
  • Monitoring performance of seasonal campaigns and in-store initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize storytelling, improve engagement, and drive conversion
  • Supporting key retail moments including new store openings and brand activations, ensuring strong and cohesive integration of seasonal campaigns and storytelling
  • Leading the Retail Brand Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence in campaign execution

  • ### Are you our next Manager, Campaign & In Store Marketing?
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset
  • You have 5+ years experience in retail channel marketing, visual merchandising, in store marketing, or a similarly related fields
  • You have excellent computer skills (especially with the Office Suite: Excel and Power Point & Smartsheet)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with superior listening skills
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions 
  • You have proven experience in delivering multiple competing priorities
  • You have exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity 
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
  • You have the ability and are willing to travel 10% of the time
  • ### Compensation
    The salary range for this role is CAD$108,000 – CAD$142,000.

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
