Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a profesional para incorporarse a nuestro equipo como Recepcionista. Buscamos una persona proactiva, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente, que disfrute trabajando en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.
Entre sus principales responsabilidades se incluyen la acogida y registro de huéspedes (check-in/check-out), la gestión de reservas, la atención telefónica y la resolución de consultas, garantizando en todo momento una experiencia de calidad alineada con los estándares del grupo.
Requisitos
- Nivel de inglés intermedio
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad de organización, gestión del tiempo y resolución de incidencias.
- Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
