Supplier Sustainability Specialist (EMEA & Group)

Job Description
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA
- Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements
- Assess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data
- Maintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
- Support supplier engagement, corrective actions, and data collection activities
- Contribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions, and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA
- Identify opportunities for low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing
- Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability), continuous improvement initiatives)
- Act as a key interface between procurement, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Sustainability/Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or similar
- Experience in Sustainability, ESG, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with sustainability data, reporting, and dashboards
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
- Familiarity with GHG accounting, Scope 3, or supplier sustainability is a plus
