Product Engineering Manager

Job Description

• Lead engineering team for assigned scope, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
• Own full engineering lifecycle (design → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover), including risk, budget, and document control.
• Manage interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders (customers, suppliers, consultants) to ensure smooth coordination and data exchange.
• Drive execution planning, design reviews, change management, and compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Support procurement and site phases by leading technical negotiations, resolving engineering issues, and ensuring system functionality.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in engineering (process, plant, layout/piping) with solid project execution experience in EPC environments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams on complex projects (≥5 years for senior level).
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with suppliers, procurement of complex systems, and engineering/project tools (DMS, CAD, 3D tools).
• Strong methodological and project management skills (RCA, negotiation, presentation), fluent English; additional languages a plus.
