Senior BI / SAP BO Consultant (m/f)

Job Description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior BI / SAP BO Consultant (m/f) to join our teams in Luxembourg. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution and support of a business analytics platform delivering reporting and data visualization solutions in a large enterprise environment of one the European Institutions.

This is a long-term mission with important delivery milestones planned in the coming months.

THE WORK:

• Design and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Universes and reporting solutions.
• Develop and enhance SAP BO reports and dashboards to support business analytics needs.
• Perform SAP BO administration activities including installation, repository management, user/group administration, and security configuration.
• Manage and monitor SAP Data Services (BODS) jobs, workflows, repositories, and scheduling activities.
• Participate in migration and upgrade projects, including transitions from SAP BO XI 3.1 to 4.0.
• Support data analysis and reporting solutions related to business performance, operational KPIs, and analytics.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reliable and high-quality BI services.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience designing and maintaining SAP BO Universes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP BO administration (repositories, users, privileges, security, scheduling).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) and related administration tasks.
• Experience working on migration projects, ideally from SAP BO XI 3.1 to 4.0.
• Good understanding of BI, reporting, and data visualization concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly become operational and work autonomously in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
