Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly qualified Neonatologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert care for newborn infants, especially those with critical health conditions or born prematurely, ensuring the highest standards of neonatal medicine. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment dedicated to improving neonatal outcomes through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and managing medical conditions in newborns with complex health issues.
• Performing life-saving procedures and interventions in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Educating and supporting families through the treatment process.
• Participating in clinical research and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship.
• Board certification in Neonatology.
• Active medical license to practice in the relevant state.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a NICU setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
