Au sein de la Direction Financière, rattaché(e) à la Directrice Normes et Projets Comptables, vous évoluerez en interaction étroite avec les différentes équipes de l’entreprise (Comptabilité, Trésorerie, Juridique, FP&A, équipes projets ERP, cabinets comptables, équipes opérationnelles…).
Vous jouerez un rôle clé de référent comptable du Groupe, au cœur des échanges entre les équipes financières et opérationnelles.
👉 Vos principales missions :
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) de référence pour toutes les questions normatives et comptables, ainsi que leurs impacts au sein du Groupe Louvre Hotels
- Produire et adapter des reportings financiers et comptables à destination des différents interlocuteurs (directions internes, partenaires financiers, équipes opérationnelles…)
- Intervenir en tant que point de coordination dans la collecte et la production d’analyses et de documents dans le cadre d’opérations de restructuration et de refinancement
- Collaborer avec les équipes financières et opérationnelles afin d’optimiser et d’automatiser les processus comptables
- Apporter un support ponctuel au Senior Manager Tax sur les sujets fiscaux (calcul et établissement des déclarations, problématiques internes)
Qualifications
- Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en finance (Bac+5 type DSCG, Master CCA), vous justifiez de 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en audit externe ou en accompagnement de direction financière
- Vous êtes attiré(e) par le secteur de l’hôtellerie et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement à la fois exigeant et dynamique, en transformation
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à gérer des sujets complexes, à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés et à communiquer de manière claire, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Vous maîtrisez Excel ; la connaissance de l’ERP Oracle constitue un atout
- Vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais courant
