Le Financial Controller est responsable du pilotage financier d’un périmètre international multi-entités, en lien direct avec le siège et les équipes locales.
Il assure la gestion des clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles, la fiabilité des comptes (P&L, bilan), ainsi que l’analyse des performances et des écarts. Il supervise les relations avec les partenaires externes (comptables, fiscalistes, auditeurs) et garantit la conformité aux normes locales et groupe.
Le poste inclut :
- La coordination financière internationale (Europe, Asie, Afrique).
- Le suivi du reporting financier et des analyses de performance.
- La gestion des audits et de la conformité réglementaire.
- Le pilotage des flux intra-groupe et de la consolidation.
- La gestion de la trésorerie et des relations bancaires.
- La fiabilisation des processus comptables et leur amélioration continue.
- Le suivi opérationnel (créances, CAPEX, fiscalité, intercompany).
- La participation à des projets stratégiques (optimisation, due diligence, restructuration).
Le Financial Controller agit également comme point de contact clé entre le siège, les filiales et les parties prenantes financières, avec un rôle d’expertise et de coordination transverse.
Ce recrutement en CDD intervient dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité et est à pouvoir dés à présent jusqu'en avril 2027.
Qualifications
- Solide expérience en finance/comptabilité internationale (clôtures, reporting, consolidation).
- Maîtrise des normes comptables et fiscales, audit et conformité.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs entités/pays simultanément.
- Compétences en analyse financière (P&L, écarts, performance).
- Expérience en gestion de projets financiers et amélioration des processus.
- Bonne compréhension des flux intercompany et de la consolidation.
- Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes locales, siège, auditeurs).
- Rigueur, autonomie et fort sens de l’organisation.
- Bon relationnel et aptitude à la coordination transverse.
- Anglais professionnel indispensable (environnement international).
