Senior Manager Sites

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and oversee nationwide Sites Operations across all regions. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, installation operations, quality compliance, contractor management, resource planning, and operational excellence while ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational standards.

The incumbent will drive nationwide site operations by ensuring effective coordination between Sales, Design, SCM, Warehouse, Production, Projects, Customer Services, and regional teams to ensure for seamless execution of all retail, commercial, interior, furniture installation, and furnishing projects across Pakistan.

Experience in furniture installation projects, interior execution, retail fit-outs, furnishing solutions, customized installations, turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities

Nationwide Site & Project Management

  • Lead and manage all nationwide retail and corporate site operations, furniture installations, and project execution activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects in line with approved timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements across all regions.
  • Monitor site progress, execution quality, finishing standards, and overall project performance through regular site reviews, audits, and reporting.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, SCM, Customer Services, and Operations teams for seamless nationwide project execution.
  • Develop execution plans, installation schedules, manpower allocation strategies, and project timelines for all regions.
  • Standardize site execution practices and operational procedures nationwide.

Installation & Quality Control

  • Lead and manage nationwide contractors, installers, supervisors, and regional site teams to ensure productivity and operational compliance.
  • Monitor site quality, workmanship, fixing standards, and finishing details to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify operational and technical issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints, snagging, rectifications, and post-installation concerns.
  • Ensure proper installation, finishing, alignment, and execution quality of furniture and interior-related products at all project sites.

Contractor & Resource Management

  • Lead and manage contractors, installers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure productivity and compliance.
  • Monitor contractor performance, billing verification, task completion, and work quality.
  • Ensure effective manpower planning and resource utilization across projects and sites.
  • Ensure contractors adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational timelines.

Material & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with SCM, Warehouse, and Procurement teams for material availability and timely dispatches.
  • Monitor material movement, site consumption, and reconciliation to minimize delays and losses.
  • Ensure smooth handling of pending deliveries, replacements, and complaint-related material requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure high standards of customer experience throughout project execution, installation, and project closure.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding project timelines, installations, escalations, and timely resolution of site concerns.
  • Maintain strong alignment with internal stakeholders and regional management teams to ensure smooth operations and timely decision-making.
  • Handle critical escalations and ensure effective resolution management.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain and review nationwide project execution reports, complaint logs, contractor performance reports, operational dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, compliance standards, operational controls, and safety protocols.
  • Present operational updates, project progress, challenges, and performance insights to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in sites management, project execution, or installation operations, preferably with nationwide exposure.
  • Strong leadership, contractor management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, operational planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions/sites nationwide.
