Sales & Design Consultant (Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes)

Interwood Mobel is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales & Design Consultant for Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes to join our team. In this role, you will provide innovative design solutions, guide clients through the design process, and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Your creativity and customer-focused approach will help us deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen, door, and wardrobe designs.
• Create detailed 3D models and design proposals using appropriate design software.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and to assess project feasibility at various stages: pre-design, installation, and post-installation.
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the project duration, including progress updates every two weeks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, design consulting
• Proficient in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work will be an advantage.
