Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Phoenix - North Central
Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS
Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene - 60 min single column
Schedule: 4 days a week during Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

United Dental Corporation is excited to welcome a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our expanding team in the Phoenix area. We seek a dedicated hygienist who thrives on educating patients, promoting preventive care, and creating outstanding patient experiences.
Your specific practice location will be thoughtfully determined during the interview, taking into account your unique experience, scheduling preferences, and our business needs.

What You'll Do
- Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
- Take diagnostic radiographs
- Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction
- Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and providers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Hold an active Dental Hygiene License in Arizona—your essential credential to join our dedicated team.
- Possess Local Anesthesia Certification
- Laser Certification
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills that foster trust and understanding.
- A genuine commitment to delivering quality patient care that makes a difference.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to shared goals.
Preferred
- Experience with assisted hygiene models, enhancing work efficiency and patient care.
- Familiarity with PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments, broadening your expertise.
- Hands-on experience with periodontal therapy to provide comprehensive patient treatments.
- Skilled in patient education and treatment acceptance, fostering meaningful patient relationships.
- Bilingual abilities, to connect with a diverse patient community.
